Since the founding of Waypoint's first brand in 2011, Move & Store, Whit has been responsible for the development of new business, strategic growth and company marketing efforts. Whit played a key role in the entry/exit of 6 markets, the rebranding of two of Waypoint’s current brands and an overhaul of each brand's customer experience. Additionally, Whit is responsible for the recruitment of talent and recognizes the power of creating positive, uplifting and exciting work environment.

The operational foundation of the Waypoint brands is the workmanship of Will Forbes. From managing the development and implementation of a custom built CRM to creating compliance policies to performing hands on location spot checks, Will touches on all operational and mechanical components of Waypoint. Additionally, Will oversees high level budgeting and financial analyses of Waypoint’s brands, through which he has developed a firm grasp of monitoring the financial health of properly run moving operations.
